Le Parc des Chutes de Sainte-Ursule is an excellent relaxation spot, where the soothing sound of the 70-meter waterfalls creates a tranquil atmosphere. The Allons au bois walking trail located at the back of the Robert-Latour municipal park is 3 kilometers long. In winter, on the small mountain of the trail, a space is reserved for snow sliding.

This trail leads to a 1930 fire tower that was once used to monitor forest fires. The hiker will walk along a creek and then climb 700 steps for a panoramic view of the area.

The Parc régional de la Forêt Ouareau, covering over 150 km², provides an extensive playground for outdoor enthusiasts. It features a mountainous massif with a versatile trail network spanning 120 km, suitable for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
